“The amazing story of Drummond Golf”
When the first Ray Drummond Golf Shop opened in 1974 in Bendigo, few could have foreseen the growth over the next five decades, to where Drummond Golf boasts 50+ stores nationally to be Australia’s biggest golf retailer, by quite a margin.
Mark Abeyaratne, current PKCGC member and former Board member and Club Captain became CEO in 2002, and along with brother Ravi skilled in club fitting long before it became popular and almost essential. The pair have had a major impact on Drummond’s success, growth and expansion.
Mark will take us through the development of Drummond Golf to where it is today, introducing us to the key people who were so influential along the way.
